Meet Konstantinos Andrinopoulos, the driving force behind Η Παρἐα—also known to many as “the captain.” Born and raised in the charming village of Iklaina, with roots that stretch deep into the heart of Mani (but honestly, what can you say about Mani?!), Konstantinos has a heritage as rich and full of character as the dishes we serve.
His journey began alongside his mother, Angeliki Kargakou, who opened the iconic Ionis Cafe in Gialova back in 2007, during a challenging time for the region. With determination, grit, and a whole lot of heart, she built a beloved establishment that set the bar high. Following in her footsteps, Konstantinos, a young entrepreneur with big dreams, took Ionis Cafe to the next level and even crafted his very own beer—'Ionis Beer.'
But Konstantinos didn’t stop there. He teamed up with the talented Kostas Mamais at K&K Private Fine Dining, where his passion for excellence in hospitality grew even further. And now, he brings that same dedication and vision to Η Παρἐα, where great food, warm service, and a true sense of community come together.
And let’s be honest—this is just the beginning. Konstantinos has much more up his sleeve, and Η Παρἐα is only the first chapter of what promises to be an exciting journey ahead. Stay tuned for more surprises from our captain!

Whether she’s assisting our talented chefs or keeping things spotless, Tzika does it all—and always with a smile.
Her duties may be behind the scenes, but her contribution is front and center. With her hard work, efficiency, and positive energy, she ensures the kitchen stays in tip-top shape, allowing the team to focus on what we do best—serving up unforgettable meals. Tzika is truly a gem and a valuable asset to Η Παρἐα, and we couldn’t do it without her!

Introducing Marios Hodjai, our local legend and a true master of the waitstaff craft! Marios may have arrived in the charming village of Iklaina as a young boy, but now, he knows it like the back of his hand—probably better than any of us! Growing up just steps away from Η Παρἐα, Marios spent his childhood running through the narrow village streets, playing with the other kids.
To this day, he’s still that playful spirit—always ready with a tease or a cheeky smile to keep things lively. But don’t be fooled by his playful nature; Marios is all heart. With years of experience in hospitality, he knows exactly how to make every guest feel like part of the family. His warmth, kindness, and vibrant energy are what make him an irreplaceable member of the team.
